It’s a universal truth: everyone loves a breakfast sandwich. Another universal truth? They aren’t very filling, and it can get expensive trying to feed a group of people via a drive thru. Also, you can’t deny that one large breakfast sandwich isn’t funny. Because it’s funny. Very funny. And we all know that the best kind of funny things are the kinds held together by melted cheese.

Prep pan
Ingredients
- 8 English muffins
- 12 ounces of Canadian bacon (most packages of Canadian bacon are sold in 6 ounce packages)
- 2 1/2 cups of shredded cheddar cheese
- 8 eggs
- 2 cups of milk
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Step 2
Toast the English muffins and chop into large-bite sized pieces. If the pieces are too small your finished bundt will be soggy. Nobody wants a soggy bundt, but honestly, I’m so hungry in the morning I probably wouldn’t turn it down.
Step 3
Chop the Canadian bacon into large, bite-sized pieces as well.
Step 4
Put a little less than half of the English muffins in the bottom of your bundt pan. Top the English muffins with half of the bacon and then half of the cheddar cheese.
Step 5
Repeat the three layers.
Step 6
In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, and salt and pepper. Pour the egg mixture into your bundt pan over the English muffins/Canadian bacon/cheese layers.
Step 7
Cover in cling wrap and refrigerate for at least an hour or overnight.
Step 8
When ready to bake, pre-heat your oven to 325° and bake for 45-50 minutes. Remove from oven and wait ten minutes before turning out on to your serving plate.
